a personal trainer will assess your performance and goals. he will then create a personalized workout programm for you to folow. you can do this workout in the semi-private gym where a maximum of 3 people can use the gym at the same time supervised by 1 trainer. you will have at your service 12 body building machines and 400Kg of free weigh to share betwen 3 trainee only.
